The Project: Created back in the heady days of 2019 and inspired by my housemates’ addiction to hot sauce, Hot Sauce Society is a weekend-long event that brings together almost 4,000 chilli enthusiasts, hot sauce veterens and industry newbies to celebrate hot sauce. Now in it’s 8th year, London’s biggest hot sauce festival showcases over 50 independant artisan makers. Beyond just the brands, there is live music, DJs, awesome street food, games and our infamous Chilli Karaoke. Hot Sauce Society is a solo project, managed and produced end to end by me.

It’s been featured in The Guardian, Stylist, Evening Standard, Time Out, and The Telegraph to name a few, generating millions of impressions and endless press articles. The festival also attracts a host of incredible sponsors and alcohol partners including big hitters like Pernod Ricard, Kingfisher Beer, Gipsy Hill Brewery and Franks Red Hot.
