The Project: Every year, Dishoom gives all of their team the day off and throws a giant party for as a huge thank you for all their hard work and effort over the year.

My task was to create this one day mini-festival including multiple music stages, street food concessions, cocktail bars, funfair rides, kids activities, games, free spa experiences, chill out zones…the full works.

As well as curating and programming each element, it was crucial to create an effective infrastructure for the green field site. This included all waste, water, toilets, structures, back of house, electrics, H&S, signage, security and dressing. It was a mammoth effort only made possible by a very talented and hard working team.
